At Sound of Spinning, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, such as damages or discrepancies, please immediately contact us so we can promptly address your concerns.

 

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items right away. If you find any damage or if the products do not meet your expectations, get in touch with us to find a resolution.

 

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:

Please note that we cannot accept returns on items that have been altered from their original condition. This includes fibre that has been partially spun or felted, and yarn that has been knitted, crocheted, or woven into a project, whether in full or part. These items are considered permanently modified and are exempt from returns.

 

Exchanges and Refunds:

If you are eligible for a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate the process. To return an item, first reach an agreement with us via email, then securely pack and send the item back at your own expense. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will either send you a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
