Binn Chaorach

Description

Composition: 50% Shetland base, 30% merino, 10% silk, 10% thread, wool nepps and locks
Each batt is a carefully blended Shetland wool with a mixture of other fibres that I though would work well providing the depth of colour and texture I was after.

Colour: Deep red, pinks and oranges with a touch of teal. Will spin into textured yarn.

Texture: This batt is fluffy and light, easy to draft, and perfect for creating textured yarns (art yarns or more traditional ones!). The fibres are carded only once to preserve their textures and colours.

Weight: Each batt weighs approximately 75 grams.

Usage: Whether you’re spinning, felting, or experimenting with textile art, this fibre batt is versatile and fun to work with. Wool batts are perfect for spinning into yarn and are ideal for both wet and needle felting projects.

Care Instructions: We recommend hand washing finished items in cool water to preserve the integrity of the fibres and the vibrancy of the colours.
